On Monday, the Texans made headlines by signing a record-breaking starter,

and now they’re adding a player who was with the Super Bowl-winning Chiefs earlier in the 2022 season.

Taylor Stallworth has agreed to a one-year deal with the Texans, according to NFL agent Brett Tessler.

Stallworth began his NFL journey as a 2018 undrafted free agent, initially signing with the New Orleans Saints.

He has also spent time with the Indianapolis Colts before joining the Texans in December of 2022 off waivers.

In total, Stallworth appeared in seven games last season,

split between the Texans and the Chiefs. He made eight tackles in 2022, and has 4.5 sacks in his NFL career so far.
